We are located on the corner of E Mill Plain Blvd and SE 131st Ave, in the medical complex between McDonald’s and the Kaiser Permanente complex. We are on the back side of the Urgent Care.

Take exit 28 headed east on to Mill Plain Blvd (take a right if you are northbound or a left if you are southbound). Take a right onto 131st Ave and take an immediate right. Go straight through the first intersection of the parking lot and take a right when you get to the field. We are the first suite on the right hand side. Our main entrance is facing the field.
